A summary of personal development at Henley
Henley is one of a very small number of international business schools with a mandatory focus on self-awareness and reflection in leadership and organisational life.
In this alumni event, Dr Chris Dalton will draw on his 12 years of running and shaping the Personal Development module in the Henley MBA. He will present a summary of its key principles and their implications for managerial effectiveness and career fulfilment in the years after graduation and – as you might expect – offer another chance to interact with each other in a thought-provoking and entertaining way.
As you say in Finnish, “Oppia ikä kaikki”. Let’s continue the conversation!
