Welcome to the Henley 5 o'clock tea - Henley Business School Finland

5 o’clock tea: Employee engagement during and after COVID-19

How are your employees doing? What type of engagement activities have you carried out in your organization during the past 15 months as work has been done online or with masks? How to get employees to feel included via screens?

These questions will be tackled in our upcoming 5 o’clock tea online event. We will also take a sneak peek into the future: post-COVID-19 work โ€“ f2f, remote or hybrid, and consider the learnings brought by the COVID-19 times.

This 5 o’clock tea session is hosted by Pia Friberg, Director, Employee Communications at Fiskars Group. She will discuss the topic with Timo Aalto, CEO of Tapaus, and Janina Backlund, Marketing Director of Microsoft. During the session, the audience is welcome to join in with questions and comments.

The session is limited to 30 participants.

Pour yourself a tea, or beverage of your choice, and join us for a lively discussion!
