Coaching for business success in a complex world
Coaching has long been recognised as an effective vehicle to enhance leadership impact and achieve business success. Excellent coaching skills, self-awareness and the ability to reflect combined with an overall integrated leadership approach are the key ingredients for business success in an ever more complex environment.
Henley Business School is now launching the Henley Professional Certificate in Coaching locally in Finland. The triple-accredited programme (AC, ICF, EMCC) starting in April 2019 offers the first university-level coaching degree in Finland.
The Henley Professional Certificate in Coaching will appeal to experienced managers, HR professionals and anyone who wishes to develop their coaching skills, either within their organisation or as an external provider.
The Lead Tutor of the programme, Professor Alison Hardingham, is a highly experienced, senior-level practising executive coach, with strong grounding in both psychology and executive education.
Join our next information meeting to receive detailed information about the programme and to discuss with current and former students.
