Webinar: Coaching information meeting

Coaching for business success in a complex world

Coaching has long been recognised as an effective vehicle to enhance leadership impact and achieve business success. Excellent coaching skills, self-awareness and the ability to reflect combined with an overall integrated leadership approach are the key ingredients for business success in an ever more complex environment.

Henley Business School has launched the Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching locally in Finland. The triple-accredited programme (ACICFEMCC) is the only coaching programme in Finland offering a university-level coaching degree.

The Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching will appeal to experienced managers, HR professionals and anyone who wishes to develop their coaching skills, either within their organisation or as an external provider.

Our tutor team are highly experienced, senior-level practising executive coaches, with strong grounding in both psychology and executive education. Their work in coaching practice and research feeds back into the coaching programmes at Henley.

Upon completion of the programme, participants will be equipped to progress their study further to the Henley MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change.

Join our info meeting to receive detailed information about the programme and to discuss with current and former students!
