Be the driving force behind the team

Are you facing leadership challenges in your daily work? Do you want to become a leader who is both analytical and self-aware, with a strong sense of responsibility; someone who understands how to make people thrive and who has the confidence to take the organisation forward?

Our Executive Certificate in Leadership is an in-depth leadership programme for experienced leaders and senior managers with significant leadership responsibilities. It is designed to help you improve your leadership knowledge and maximise the performance of your team and organisation. During the programme, you will also have the unique opportunity to share your experiences and work alongside other senior leaders, as you improve your practical application of leadership.

The programme is aimed at developing your individual leadership capability through 3 modules scheduled over 3 workshops across approximately 7 months. Upon completion, you will be awarded the Henley Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership, an internationally recognised university-level qualification from a triple-accredited, global business school.

The Henley Executive Certificate in Leadership is a very participative and interactive programme introducing  you to a wide range of classical and contemporary leadership models. The programme encourages you to critically engage with both leadership theory, and its application to practice. In the personal leadership development module you will select 2 or 3 individual goals and receive support with these through action learning sets.

Join this Executive Certificate in Leadership information session to learn more about the programme and its benefits. It is also an excellent opportunity to ask any questions you may have concerning the studies!
