Alumni Christmas Reception 2023
Welcome!
We would like to warmly welcome you and your colleague or guest, to our 2023 Christmas reception. This year’s reception will be organized as a joint effort of the Henley Alumni Board, Henley Business School and the Finnish National Opera and Ballet.
The reception will begin at 17:00, allowing Alumni members to network and unwind after a hectic autumn. The reception will end at 18:45, in which afterwards, the Finnish National Opera and Ballet invites all Alumni members to enjoy the theatre composition of Madama Butterfly.
The dress code is business/festive.

Entrance Directions
The entrance will open at 16:30, and can be found through the Töölönlahti bay entrance on Ooperankuja. The cloakroom will open at 16:30 in the Töölönlahti lobby. Cloakroom is included in the reception ticket fee. Follow the signage up to the balcony foyer.

The Christmas reception ticket fee is 35€/person which includes a glass of wine and cocktail snacks. Payment methods can be found below. Please pay your ticket fee(s) by 3 November 2023.

Madama Butterfly
The Finnish National Opera and Ballet has special priced tickets for Henley alumni to Madama Butterfly’s heart-breaking opera. The tickets must be bought personally and individually. There are limited seats, so book your tickets now!
To purchase the tickets, you must first register to the reception. After registration, a confirmation email will be sent that provides detailed instructions about how to buy the ticket, a link to the ticket sales, and a discount code. Please check your spam mail if you did not recieve the confirmation. The ticket must be purchased at the latest by 3 November 2023, unless they sell out before.
Cancellation Policy
The Christmas reception ticket fee will not be returned in case of cancellation or no-show by the participant. Any extra payments will be used for Christmas donations made by the Alumni Board.
