Communication plays a significant role in every organisation. Communication builds brand image, reputation and trust with stakeholders. Especially in crisis situations, the role of communication is emphasised, and the actions of an organisation are closely monitored. Managing the practices and impact of communications is an integral part of an organisation’s overall work, which is why knowing best practices is beneficial to everyone working with different stakeholders inside and outside an organisation.

This 5 o’clock tea is hosted by Pia Friberg, Director, Employee Communications at Fiskars Group, and Jirimiko Oranen, CEO and Partner of T-Media Relations, who will provide valuable insights into communications during crises including best practices, and then give room for discussion and exchange around the topic.
