Our approach

Our approach to working with you is designed with a single purpose in mind. It is to make the experience as streamlined and simple as possible without being simplistic, and to maximise your return on investment. We listen, hear and interpret your needs offering insight without being intrusive.

We pride ourselves in being flexible in how we work with you and your team. Flexibility creates space for us to innovate, which in turn gives us time to partner and support you in the critical requirements planning phase and beyond.

We have a four stage process for designing, developing, delivering and evaluating our partnership approach.

  1. Diagnostic exploration
We design diagnostic interviews and run focus groups with he top team and a cross-section of people across the organisation and its stakeholders โ€“ to explore strategic issues impacting the business.
  2. Co-design
Working in collaboration with your team we co-design a learning solution which will support you in reaching your strategic objectives โ€“ a solution which is at the same time deliverable and emergent.
  3. Run the programme
Run the programme of activities, gathering feedback and consistently remodelling โ€“ focusing in the moment on the challenges you face right now. It’s not chalk and talk. It’s dynamic, responsive to you and real.
  4. Review
Review with the senior team organisation and individual progress and outcomes in context.

By practising this approach, we create the perfect conditions to consistently deliver a client centred experience, with excellence.

When you invest in executive education, you want a return. Preferably quickly, immediately. The more we understand about you, your organisation and your challenges, the more focused we can be and the sooner you achieve your outcomes.
