We use a sequenced process for creating and managing the programme with emphasis on transparent collaboration and close relationship management at each stage.

We have a four stage process for designing, developing, delivering and evaluating our partnership approach.

Analyse & design

We design diagnostic interviews and run focus groups with the top team and a cross-section of people across the organisation and its stakeholders – to explore strategic issues impacting the business.

Develop

Working in collaboration with your team we co-design a learning solution which will support you in reaching your strategic objectives – a solution which is at the same time deliverable and emergent.

Deliver & improve

We run the programme of activities, gathering feedback and consistently remodelling – focusing in the moment on the challenges you face right now. It’s not chalk and talk. It’s dynamic, responsive to you and real.

Review & refresh

We review the progress and outcomes on organisational and individual level with the senior team to ensure the design context continues to align with achieving your desired business outcomes.
