Henley Business School is one of the worldโ€™s leading business schools and has built an international reputation in the development of executives, teams and organisations. Our purpose is to build leaders for a fairer world.

We are now piloting a team and systemic coaching programme in Finland in order to build team coaching pioneers. As part of the programme, and to live up to our purpose, you can now apply for a pro bono team coaching opportunity. coaching is a great way to take your teamโ€™s performance and learning potential to the next level as well as deliver change in your organisation. The coaching process is tailored to your teamโ€™s needs.

How to apply:

Send a short introduction letter toย info@henley.fiย by 4th of February explaining why you would like to take part in this initiative. We would ideally start working with your team in February, so donโ€™t hesitate to apply now.

What team coaching is all about?ย 

According to Henley academic tutors, โ€œTeam coaching helps teams work together, with others and within their wider environment, to create lasting change by developing safe and trusting relationships, better ways of working and new thinking, so that they maximise their collective potential, purpose and performance goals.โ€
