We are growing and looking for a Business Development Manager, to

  • Proactively develop new business relationships with individuals and organisations
  • Understand clientsโ€™ strategic objectives, development needs and growth opportunities
  • Identify and propose B2C and B2B solutions to address these opportunities
  • Manage and cooperate with colleagues in Finland, the UK and our international network to ensure customer satisfaction, experience and impact
  • Develop and maintain a good knowledge of Henley Business Schoolโ€™s portfolio of executive development programmes globally, including custom solutions, EMBA, coaching and leadership programmes
  • Plan and host customer events to build the Henley Business School awareness and brand

What we expect from you:

  • Passion for people and leadership development
  • Experience of a consultative sales approach within a commercial environment, using relationship management and social selling approach for business development
  • Proven track record in a B2B or B2C sales and business development
  • Strong customer focus with a drive for achieving results
  • Tenacious, resilient and flexible approach
  • Collegiate and collaborative approach, team working and interpersonal skills
  • High level of personal integrity within client relationship management
  • A degree in a relevant field, excellent language skills in English and Finnish
  • Experience in executive education and in an international environment in considered as an advantage
