Generation Y and social media
14.5.2013 Helsinki
This spring the Masterclass was arranged in cooperation with Atea Finland Oy. The topic was using generational diversity for competitive advantage and in particular how you can empower your Gen Y staff to help your organisation use social media to save money, gain insight and drive sales.
Simon Walker from Henley Business School shared with us some of his latest research into this topic. Simon pointed out how communication has grown faster and our behaviour has changed accordingly. Even small children can "swipe before they can write". Juha Sihvonen, CEO for Atea Finland Oy, continued with underlining the development of mobility and the change pressure on many parts of society that follows.
